With a recent Sinclair Spectrum Plus ebay purchase I aquired this shoebox cassette recorder as well. The listing said it was non working and would need new belts, but look how cool it is
Big silver buttons that are as smooth as chocolate, the unit has, a fair weight to it, it feels like a quality product
The handle is missing which exposes the internals, but it has a DIN socket which makes up for that
The base of the unit, it takes four C cells, or a 6vdc mains adaptor
1 - NEXT without FOR, 850:1
